How to Send Test Case via Email ALM 11.00 ?

Step 1. Select the test case that you want to send via email, Right click the test case.

Step 2.  Send by email dialog box opens. Click button To.

Step 3. The select Recipients dialog box opens. It contains the list of project users.

Step 4. Select the user and click TO -> button. You can add more user separated by “;” and you can send also Cc. Click OK Button.

This will take you back to Send E-mail dialog box
Step 5. Select what you want to include, in this case I selected just the Design Steps, but you can include History and Attachments. In Additional Comments section, add any comment.

Click Send Button. Information dialog opens. Click OK

The user will receive the following email.
