How to enable the Defect Manager Module in Application Lifecycle Manager (ALM) 11?

Solution:-

The Defect Manager module can be enabled by adding the following two parameters in the Site Configuration tab of the ALM Site Administrator page:
DEFECT_MANAGER_TECH_PREVIEW_ENABLED – value ‘Y’
DEFECT_MANAGER_TECH_PREVIEW_VISIBLE – value ‘Y’
