Unable to upload Test case to Quality Center 10?

Solution:-
1)Need to check Task folder is there or not in below mentioned path
C:\ProgramFiles\Microsoft Office\Office <version>\XLSTART\TDAddin\Tasks
2)If it is not there we need to create Tasks folder.
