Steps to Change The “Weblogic” User Password ?

The weblogic user’s password can be changed by following these steps:

1. Login to WebLogic admin server console. e.g. http://localhost:7001/console
2. Under Domain Structure, select “Security Realms”.
3. Click on “myrealm”. This is the default realm.
4. Click on the tab for “Users and Groups.”
5. Click on the weblogic user.
6. Click on the Passwords tab. Update the password and save it.

Note:
Once the weblogic user’s password is changed, the same needs to be updated in the boot.properties file under :
/user_projects/domains/servers/AdminServer/security
